Responsibilities:Responsibility for standardizing, optimizing and automating existing supply chain processes, contact person for the X-FAB Group, coordination of all X-FAB sites.Your tasks:- Identify process requirements and gaps in close collaboration with all stakeholders.- Involve key users and local stakeholders in decision-making to ensure globally harmonized processes at all X-FAB sites.- Decide on process strategy and design in close collaboration with all other departments.- Ensure the successful deployment of processes: process monitoring and improvement.- Ensure cross-functional integration of processes into the ERP system and surrounding systems landscape.- Change management, key user training, testing, ongoing maintenance and process quality assurance.- Ensure that all activities (what to do), procedures (how to do it) and policies (rules and governance) are defined, designed and documented.Your profile:' Initial training: Business school or university + Master's degree in supply chain' Experience: At least 4 years' experience, ideally acquired in an industrial environment.Skills :o IT: information management techniques (ERP, Excel, VBA, etc.)o Language: fluent English (B2 minimum)' Personal qualities :o Analytical skills, open-mindedness, rigor, organizational skills, initiative-taking, good listening and communication skills with internal customers and external service providers, leadership skills.
