The design process can generally be divided into circuit design and simulation as well as physical implementation (layout). To realise the various design steps, Design Support provides a design environment, the so-called PDK (Process Design Kit), which contains libraries with technology-dependent components. These serve as the basis for the circuit to be designed. You will support the automation and standardisation of these internal development and release procedures using your own Windows and/or Linux software tools, as well as supporting the IT infrastructure used in the department.
