Manager Procurement Germany (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Manager Procurement Germany (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. 

As part of this role, your future responsibilities will include the following key areas:

- Management of the procurement teams at the Erfurt, Dresden & Itzehoe locations
- Optimisation of purchasing at the three German locations in cooperation with the management of the German locations 
- Ensuring the continuous supply of the 3 locations at optimal costs and in the best quality
- Development and implementation of the company's purchasing and procurement strategy (for example, harmonisation/standardisation of procurement purchasing processes)
- Supplier management 
- Management of a total portfolio > $150 million
- Priority management
- Travelling

Profile

- Completed university education with extensive professional experience and technical/specialised knowledge
- At least 7 years of experience in strategic purchasing in a production environment
- You are open to change management 
- Experience in managing a total portfolio >$150 million
- Ability to lead global contract negotiations
- Strong knowledge of key aspects of the RFI/RFQ procurement process
- Knowledge of value streams, cost drivers and cost structures
- Flexibility to travel 

The position will report directly to the VP Procurement X-FAB Global and work closely with the Site CEOs.
